How can I place my order?

Browse our selection of premium beef, pork and lamb cuts; select your order and we will deliver it straight to your door. It couldn’t be simpler!
NOTE: Order before 2pm Monday – Thursday and we will guarantee "next day delivery". You can expect to receive your order within 48 hours if you place your order after 2pm Monday – Wednesday. If your order is placed after 2pm on Thursday or Friday, the earliest delivery day will be on the following Tuesday. Please see our “Deliver Schedule” outlined in “Order & Delivery”
What credit and debit cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and Laser debit cards are accepted.
When can I expect my delivery?
We can deliver your order on any day that suits you, Tuesday – Friday inclusive. Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm on the day that you have specified.
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact time for delivery. It is therefore essential that, when placing your order, you provide us with two contact telephone numbers as well as instructions for the courier should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered.
Dont Panic: It's not the end of the world if your not at home for the courier! We have your contact details and should you require it we can leave your package with a neighbour. We can also deliver your package to your workplace should you specify this at the time of ordering!
Remember: Our specially designed cooler box maintains its temperature of 0 - 4ºC for up to 24hrs.
How will my order be packed?
Your order will be packed in our revolutionary chilled presentation boxes. Each individual meat cut you purchase will be wrapped in our “Fresh Seal” foil bags and surrounded by ice packs within the box ensuring your order will reach you in prime condition, wonderfully fresh and chilled.
Our tests have shown that your meat will remain chilled during transit and will stay below 4°C for up to 24 hours.
What will I do with the case?
Our packaging is 94% recyclable so we would ask you to recycle where possible.
NOTE: The delivery box itself, a beautiful lush silver is designed for "gift wrapping" to cater for those sending meat packages as gifts to friends and work collegues, an increasingly popular feature of the website. Last Christmas many customers requested a display box when ordering for others and we now utilise the beautiful silver display box "as standard" on all orders throughout the year.
Can I freeze the meat?
Yes, it is okay to freeze the meat we send out, but make sure you do this on the day you receive it - don't wait until the 'use by' date. Then follow the usual procedure for handling home-frozen meat. Storage instructions are provided on our fresh seal bags.
How much does delivery cost?
We are now offering FREE Delivery on ALL Orders above €75. Standard Delivery charge is €4.95 and applies on orders below regardless of where you live in Ireland.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Is your online ordering system secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our online payment facility is operated by Realex Payments, who operate security policies and controls that meet the highest industry standards. We will only store your contact and delivery details on our system. Your credit card details will not be stored by us under any circumstances. For more information please see www.realexpayments.com
Where do you source your meat?
All of our premium meat is sourced in Ireland. All our beef, pork and lamb is accredited with the Bord Bia Quality Assured mark.

You will find a list of recipes and cooking methods on our website. Many of these recipes have been supplied courtesy of Bord Bia.
