We currently offer "next day delivery" (Tue-Fri) across Belfast and the entire North of Ireland on all orders placed before 11am the previous day! Our Master butchers have over 30 years experience at their craft and have great pride in their heritage and dedication to butchery. In 2010 we launched a new online brand "The Premium Butcher" as partnered with Fastway Couriers who guarantee swift and reliable delivery of your meats.

 

 

 

All meats delivered to households in Ireland come from our factory shop in Kilmacthomas, near Kilmeaden Co Waterford.

As stressed we offer next day delivery and all orders spend minimal time in transport thanks the service of our logistics partners at Fastway. We utilise specially designed cooler boxs which guarantee your order is kept cool at -4 degrees for over 24 hours. On average orders spend between 3-4 hours in transit. (Cooler Gift Box)

The Master Butcher’s Range

 

Matured (dry-aged) Beef from West Cork

 

This range is the most popular range on the website and for good reason. These steaks and rib joints come from a select range of farmers in West Cork whose farmers have a strong dedication to traditional cattle rearing. This involves feeding cattle on a fine rich diet of grasses and herbs and every farmer believes that real care and attention creates a better meat. Each tender cut of juicy red beef is matured for 21 days before it reaches our customers. This maturation time allows the meat to tenderise and the juices permeate throughout. A fillet, sirloin or T-bone will simply fall away at the touch of a fork and the succulent rich juices will permeate the roasted vegetables accompanying the Sunday rib joint.

 

Wild Irish Lamb from the Rugged Foothills of the West Coast

 

The rugged lamb chosen by our butchers come from key areas along the west coast of Ireland from Dingle bay to the karst limestone region of the Burren renowned from its wild array of distinct Flora. Again the rich diet of herbs, flowers and wild long grasses creates a truly wonderful lamb shank or leg of pork! Our butchers offer many lamb recipes via the site and suggest Kylemore Acres herbs and seasoning also sourced along the west coast.
