Our Butchers have over 30 years experience in their trade. Alison Phelan is the head of our team and comes from a rich background in butchery. Alison family butchers was established in 1954 on Georges St in Waterford. The families award winning butchers have been the recipients of All Ireland and Munster Titles for their gourmet pudding and sausages.
Our butcher’s have served Ireland restaurant and hotel trade for the last 30 years and now apply the same level of service and quality meats to the household delivery service.
The Premium Butcher has gone from strength to strength and since 2010 the website has received many great testimonials and positive feedback from our growing Facebook community of foodies! Dublin has been the focal point of our meat delivery service and households throughout county have responded well to our "online butchers"
Our website currently offers a range of gourmet meats as well an expanding range of beef, pork and lamb recipes with a focus on Irish heritage.

Our butchers deliver to every home in the county from Dublin City Centre (Dublin 1) to Dublin 2, 3, 4 and as far as Firhouse and Tallaght in Dublin 24.
We charge a standard rate of €4.95 on all deliveries regardless of the town / village you order our meats. This is the same rate we charge for deliveries around the country.
Delivery is free on all orders over €75

All orders are dispatched from our butchers shop in Kilmacthomas near Kilmeaden Co Waterford. All meats delivered to Dublin and surrounding counties arrive in our specially designed cooler boxes and through the dependable logistics of our partners at Fastway Couriers your meats spend minmal time in transit!
Our butchers place great care into choosing the right farmers to source their products and are particularly proud to stock the award winning fine range of dry aged beef cuts from West Cork.
This premium range have featured on the menu’s of the finest restaurants around Dublin to create the ultimate dining experience. The cattle are traditionally reared and fed on a rich diet of grasses and herbs which permeate into the meat. The result is a rich natural flavour.
Each cut of beef is matured for 21 days tenderising and enriching the natural flavours.
The West Cork range continues to be a favourite on the website and the we currently stock a fine range of steaks from rib-eye to t-bone to fillets at reasonable prices. Also stocked are Sunday cuts of striploin and rib joints.
Traditionally Reared Lamb from the West of Ireland
The flora of the West of Ireland as well as the traditional farming methods make this area of the country a fantastic place to source real Irish lamb without the gimmicks. Running wild and feeding on the rich vegetation of areas such as the Burren creates a extremely rich flavoured lamb, succulent and tender!
Our butchers take great pride in sourcing from select farms with a dedication to traditional farming practices. This website stocks a number of popular cuts from delicious lamb shanks to centre loins. A number of great lamb recipes are also available from our butchers with regular updates.
All the pork we served our customers in our stores came from local Irish farms and our online business is no exception. The most popular cuts in the range include the pork belly and loin joints.
A number of cooking tips and fantastic seasoning and marinating sauces advice are also available on the website from simple pork chops with apple sauce to more adventurous slow cooked dishes for the true fine dining experience.
