Over the last number of years we have provided our quality range of products "direct to the consumers" from our factory shop in Kilmacthomas, near Kilmeaden Co Waterford.

Our customers like what they buy. We soon realised that many of our customers were travelling long distances to purchase from our shop. In 2010 we established "The Premium Butcher" a convenient website for ordering meat online. Our customers no longer have to travel to purchase our quality irish meats we "deliver" direct to their door. 

Today we are Ireland's premier "online butcher shop" delivering to  every home in country, north and south from Cork to Galway, from Dublin to Belfast and "every house inbetween".
